As Capewell’s Chief Human Capital Officer, Roberts will report to Gregory Bloom, CEO of Capewell, and will be responsible for developing, managing and executing the company’s talent and human capital management strategies. She will also be responsible for day-to-day oversight of human resources (HR) operations across all Capewell locations, including talent development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and acquisition integration activities.
Elayna Roberts is an accomplished HR professional with significant experience in talent acquisition and development, specializing in leadership advancement, employee development and organizational development. Roberts began her career as an assistant program director at Springfield College AmeriCorps after earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Science in Industrial/HR Organizational Psychology, and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Psychology/School Counseling from the college. Most recently, she held human resources and talent development roles at Rowland Advanced Polymer Films and OKAY Industries.
