The ICGN is focused on promoting effective standards of corporate governance with members responsible for assets under management of more than $ 59 trillion. The committee has 11 members from several continents representing decades of experience in investment and corporate governance.

Nishitani joins the committee with more than three decades of investment and corporate governance experience in the United States, Europe and Japan, and nearly 20 years as a member of the ICGN. In addition to his work with the Conscious Capitalism Inc. Senior Leaders Network (SLN). He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) with certification as a director and a former member of the board of directors of Houlihan Lokey Inc, a leading global investment bank.
